Yes. We only work with “A” rated carriers.

Then you’ll need the following information handy:
- your business address(es)
- DOT#, MC#, SS#
- list of commodities hauled
- year, make, model, #of axels, gross weight, market value, vehicle ID# of each vehicle and trailer to be insured
- name, date of birth, DL#, state, class, years, accidents, losses of each of your drivers
- prior insurance carrier, premium paid, and expiration date
We’ll collect these via phone call with you, email, or fax.

Once a certificate of insurance request is received, it only take a couple minutes to complete. Our carriers have a phone number you can call to get a certificate 24/7.
Federal filings are completed once a policy number has been issued.
